Join Our Team as a Registered Behavior Analyst (RBT) in Salado & Harker Heights!

At H2 Therapeds Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to work with children and families to help address developmental and behavioral challenges. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs to improve the lives of children in need. This position offers flexibility to work across two locations-Salado and Harker Heights-or full-time at one location based on your preference and availability.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and document data on client progress during sessions.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with families and colleagues to ensure consistent care.
  • Maintain RBT certification and adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.

What You'll Need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certification: Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience: Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic candidates who are eager to grow!
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
