Job Description

The Recruitment Strategy Partner will play a critical role in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent throughout our organization. This role will collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, Sales Center’s Management Team, and People & Culture Department to identify recruitment needs and implement effective sourcing and hiring solutions for a diverse candidate pool.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with Coke Northeast’s business objectives and Talent Acquisition goals
  • Utilize various channels, including social media, local schools, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate round table discussions with all new hires to facilitate open dialogues regarding their initial experiences with the organization and in their roles
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work closely with Sales Centers to understand hiring needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Host in-house hiring events, attend external events applicable to hiring needs, and participate in on-site interviews with Hiring Managers
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a field or high-volume recruiting environment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and Hiring Managers
  • Proficient computer application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Must be able to travel throughout assigned territory (40% Travel)
