We are seeking a motivated and organized  Project Administrator to join our Business Operations Services (BOS), Customer Care, Information Protection, and Business Continuity (CCIB) department on a full-time basis. This role will support critical project activities and business operations, contributing to the efficient delivery of key initiatives. T

Responsibilities may include:

• Coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and tracking deliverables to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
• Providing operational support for Domain Conferences and Domain Calls.
• Assisting with the coordination and testing of large projects.
• Facilitating projects of varying sizes.
• Planning, conducting, and documenting meetings related to project activities and business operations.
• Analyzing business requests for system and procedural changes.
• Monitoring project budgets and timelines.
• Developing and reviewing business requirements and related documentation.
• Preparing test plans, writing test scripts, and executing testing.
• Performing data entry, validation, and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Project Administrator.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests and meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork skills with the capacity to work independently.
• Experience and knowledge of business operations.
• Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Analyst within the financial services sector is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Project, Visio, SharePoint).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28 to $30 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
