A client of Innova Solutions is looking for Learning Design Program Manager

Position type: Full-time - Contract

Duration: 12 months

As Learning Design Program Manager, you will be:

Responsible for applying instructional design and adult learning principles and strategies to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructional courses, assessments, job aids, and other learning deliverables for all areas of Cargo operations.
Responsible for creating deliverables for all phases of the course creation lifecycle including analysis documents, design documents, storyboards, and final learning deliverables that align to the overall business goals.
Responsible for collaborates effectively with peers, leaders, and business partners to translate business requirements into learning requirements and project scope, build learning solutions that align to desired outcomes, and ensure learning deliverables meet and exceed quality standards.
Ability to utilize design tools in order to create interactive training.
Define and document learning objectives.
Conduct research and collaborate with subject experts.
Create instructional material: courses, curriculum, student guides or training manuals.
Design content to optimize learning.
Generate the layout of the learning supports.
Redesign content to ensure it matches the learner's needs.
Create visual, audio, and interactive learning tools.

The ideal candidate will have:

At least 5 years of experience using learning experience platforms (Articulate, Captivate, etc.)
Experience conducting learning needs analysis
Experience leading project teams and providing individual Level support.
Knowledge of Learning Experience Platforms
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook

Pay Range*: $60- $65 Per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
