Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $18.17

The current full hourly range for this position is $18.17 - $26.68

Join our amazing Senior Activities team to deliver programs for adults ages 50+! The Program Lead for Senior Activities may oversee the operation of a designated room for seniors at Parks Tacoma community centers, including Eastside Community Center and People’s Community Center. This role includes maintaining the room, managing activities, assisting with meals, promoting programs, and welcoming and engaging with participants. Alternatively, this position may be responsible for overseeing specific social programs or events for seniors, which would include setting up the room, leading activities, and engaging with participants. The program serves as a safe, healthy place for adults ages 50+ to play, learn, and grow.
