Program Director - Community Service Agency

Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as the Program Director for the Community Service Agency!
The Program Director manages the clinical and administrative functions of a Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative community based Wraparound program serving youth with emotional health needs and their families. The team is a close knit, diverse, dynamic and passionate group consisting of clinicians and family partners.
The Director will supervise the clinical staff, provide leadership and program development as well as interface with the larger system of providers and child serving state agencies. This is a great opportunity to manage a program while also gaining the support to continue your own professional and personal growth.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Salary: $84,864/year

Required Skills
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently as well as with teams and networks of providers
- Experience with outlook, word and excel
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
Required Experience
- Master's in Social Work or other mental health discipline required
- LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT required
- Minimum of 5 years post-Master's level experience in providing home-based family therapy and wraparound services required
- Prior supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership capacities
