As
a Program Controls Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for
managing and overseeing various aspects of project controls, including
scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. You will play a
crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and programs,
contributing to the overall success of the organization.
You will report directly to our Program Controls guide and you'll work out of
our Glendale AZ location on a 3/2 hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on project success, as you
will be accountable for managing and overseeing the control, coordination, and
oversight of various program and project management aspects. Your attention to
detail, thoughtful skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams will
be essential in driving project success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and implement project
planning and scheduling strategies
* Monitor and control project costs and
budgets
* Identify and mitigate project risks
and issues
* Analyze project performance metrics
and provide insights and recommendations
* Work with cross-functional teams to
ensure project success

YOU MUST HAVE* Minimum of 1+ years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles
* Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
