Volt is immediately hiring for a Production Planning Administrator in West Columbia, SC.
As a Production Planning Administrator you will:
General Purpose:
Responsible for performing the administrative tasks relating to production planning
Principle Accountabilities:
The ideal candidate will have:
Education/Experience:
Typically requires completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent with experience. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrates functional skills. Requires basic competency related to function. Demonstrates basic functional process knowledge and participates in process. Has awareness of Flex techniques. To perform the major job responsibilities the use of the following tools may be required: Office Skills: telephones, data entry, office software to include, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Pay Rate: $19.00hr. Shift: 700am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

- Follow up and monitor the delivery schedule on time
- Provide support to the team on the production planning status
