Posting Title:Production Planner/SchedulerReports To: Plant ManagerLocation: Edgerton, WisconsinSalary Range:$52,000.00 - $80,000.00Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Provides timely planning and scheduling of manufacturing to the production manager in order to achieve both internal financial goals and customer delivery dates.

Provides timely planning and scheduling of manufacturing to the production manager in order to achieve both internal financial goals and customer delivery dates.
- Coordinate delivery of parts to expedite flow of material to meet production schedule
- Support purchasing toExpedite suppliers purchase orders if required
- Utilize the ERP system
- Coordinate between warehouse andpurchasing on material shortages
- Notify Production Manager of any schedule impacts to customers
- Coordinate/expedite manufacturing builds to ensure schedules are achieved
- Completes status reports, such as production progress, customer information and materials inventory
- Exercises judgment and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Performs other duties as required
- Production and Processing - Knowledge of raw materials, electrical components, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Ability to interact well with internal and external customers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English.
- Proficient use of computer systems and software applications.
- Indepth knowledge of ERP or MRP software preferred. P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years production planning experience in a related industry
- Good communications skills
