Product Owner - Clinical Application / Medical Device Software (Plymouth, MN)
You will serve as the customer proxy allocated to work with the agile team(s), serves as the customer proxy allocated to work with the agile team(s), ensuring the quality and the delivery of the business critical and priority features to meet customer expectations across program increments.
Your role:
Gather and define requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with UI/UX design, software R&D, service, quality, regulatory, marketing, and customers.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform future product releases.
Co-creating our overall IntraSight software roadmap.
Prioritize software features, enabling enhancements, security updates, and bug fixes based upon business and customer value, time to market, and resource availability.
Define release plans and schedules, ensuring committed delivery of product increments.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs), measure, analyze, report, and optimize scrum team velocity and quality by using team performance data to make data-driven decisions.
Create, maintain, and prioritize software backlog.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 15+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role in software development with a proven ability to define product requirements and manage a product backlog.
Your skills include a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, SW Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re an excellent communicator, presenter, and leader as well as a strong analytical problem solver You also have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office-based role in Plymouth, MN.

Philips Transparency Details:
The pay range for this position in MN is $124,500 to $199,200
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
