POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager to join the Pain Marketing Team. This role will report to the Head of Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the marketing initiatives for the pain portfolio, executing against the brand strategies, driving product performance, and ensuring alignment with company goals. Your expertise will contribute to the successful promotion and lifecycle management of therapies that improve the lives of people living with serious medical conditions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop targeted marketing initiatives that meet or exceed tactical goals
- Execute against marketing strategies by delivering tactics aligned with brand goals, which includes taking tactics through the internal review process through ultimate roll out
- Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with regulatory and legal requirements
- Leverage internal systems through cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and Commercial Operations for streamlined processes
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic execution
- Manage and evaluate vendor partnerships to ensure tactical elements are properly executed in a timely manner and within budget

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
- 2-3 years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech Marketing, Product Management, or Market Research experience required
- Experience using the Veeva suite of applications, including Veeva Vault and Veeva CRM
- Strong analytical skills, project management skills, and interpersonal, verbal and written presentation skills
- Demonstrated success in leadership competencies, creative problem solving and team partnership skills
- Pharmaceutical sales experience a plus
