Salary: $80,116-$100,146 Annually

Position Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Shared Services Pricing Team, partner with the Director of Pricing to oversee product costing, pricing models, and communication of price calendars and cost files
Implement customer pricing strategies, conduct market and competitor analysis, and perform profitability, revenue simulation models, and economic assessments
Develop and execute pricing strategies and policies, and maintain accurate, up-to-date pricing expectations with the team
Coordinate and manage multiple pricing projects, oversee the reconciliation process of monthly pricing accruals, and support suppliers, key customers, and supply chain partners with pricing communication
Foster strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and lead training and development for the Pricing Team

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) and 7 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
