Our client, a Healthcare Technology Company, is seeking a Pharma Creative Services Manager to lead a team responsible for their pharma- customer creative services and corporate marketing.
This role is FULLY REMOTE. 40 hours/week. Freelance with the goal of converting to Full-Time within a few months.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Clients & Teams
Collaborate with pharma client teams, agency creative teams, and account teams to support clients
Serve as creative subject matter expert, lead creative meetings and presentations.
Work with pharma manufacturers to create omnichannel and single channel brand focused campaigns and marketing strategies to drive patient engagement for adherence/ awareness/direct to consumer campaigns.
Ensure all engagement activities comply with MLR, local regulations and SOP
2. Corporate Marketing & Communications.
Oversee the development and execution of web design, collateral, digital and print projects, ensuring UX and UI best practices are implemented.
Utilize advanced PowerPoint skills to create presentations for internal and client-facing purposes
Drive the creative direction of projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, on-brand, and timely delivery of all design materials.
3. Team Management
This role supports teams in both the US and Australia and requires the ability to augment work schedules to support the team.
Manage a creative services team, foster collaboration and encourage creativity, innovation, and global synergies across regions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST HAVES
Experience working with Pharma manufacturers to promote brands a MUST
Patient engagement: the legal review process, interacting with pharma clients, the restrictions involved with communicating with patients etc.
Bachelor's degree in a creative field (Marketing, Graphic Design, or Fine Arts)
At least 12+ years of experience working in creative departments at agencies on omnichannel pharma clients, DAOR or AOR experience a must. Pharmacy experiences a preference.
7+ years' experience managing and leading creative teams.
A strong portfolio showcasing effective design, copy and digital user experiences.
Knowledge of interactive design, information architecture and user experience
An understanding of the full breadth of digital platforms
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Adobe Design Suite.
Generative AI design experience is also preferred
Strong project management skills
