Part-Time Student Success Office AssistantDepartment Summary

Position Summary
The Student Success Office Assistant provides support for The Student Success & Equity Interventions team.This temporary appointment is of a limited duration to meet a special need in the Department of Student Success & Equity Interventions. This is a non-benefitted, temporary position with no guarantee of continued employment.

- Student success-centered outreach and recruitment
- Data collection and data entry
- Assist and provide logistical support for various program interventions and initiatives
- Collaborate with Navigators to provide case management to students
- Assist with social media communication strategies focused on student success
- As requested, revise and print marketing materials
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
* Associate DegreeMinimum of 1-3 years work experience in programs with emphasis on student achievement interventions or related field working with students to achieve equity gaps.
* Demonstrated commitment to a broad definition of diversity and equity.
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team environment.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Great attention to details.
* Some evening and weekend work required.
* Student success-oriented service provision skill
