Nurse Manager - CCS
Seeking a Nurse Manager for the Riverside Community Care Behavioral Health Services Division
In this important role, the Nurse Manager oversees the provision of health services to the people served by the Behavioral Health Services Division (BHS). The Nurse Manager oversees/manages the provision of health services to the people served by the program. Manages team of LPN and nursing staff at the CCS/Respite program, providing clinical and administrative supervision. Working half time providing managerial oversight and half time providing direct care, the nurse manager oversees/manages the provision of health services to the people served by the program as well as manages the team of LPN and nursing staff at the CCS/Respite program, providing clinical and administrative supervision. Takes the lead on medical and nursing issues within the program.
Primary responsibilities for the Nurse Manager includes:
- Takes vital signs & fill physician orders
- Oversees the medication administration system.
- Coordinator medical care
- Contributes to comprehensive assessments including substance withdrawal
- Uses assessment tools such as Clinical Opioid Withdrawal Scale (COWS), Clinical Institute Withdrawal Assessment for Alcohol (CIWA), and Clinical Institute Withdrawal Assessment for Benzodiazepines (CIWA B).
Schedule - 40 hours
Payrate - $102,999/salaried

Required Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Intermediate computer fluency, including Microsoft Office
- Valid Driver’s License and regular access to a reliable vehicle
Required Experience
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse required. Must be in good standing with the Board of Registration of Nursing. BSN preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ nursing experience
- Minimum of 1 years working in a behavioral health setting
- Experience with addictions and Medication Assisted Treatment
- At least one year of supervisory/managerial experience preferred
