About Us: We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to join our team and help optimize our ERP system to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Summary: The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the NetSuite ERP platform. This role involves configuring the system, providing user support, and implementing best practices to ensure that our business processes are effectively supported by NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP system, including user setup, role permissions, and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to NetSuite functionality.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring to ensure optimal system performance.
- Develop and document business processes, workflows, and user guides for best practices in using NetSuite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite features and functionalities.
- Assist in data migration, integration with other systems, and report generation.
- Stay updated with NetSuite releases and new features; recommend upgrades and improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
- Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- NetSuite Certification (Administrator or other relevant certifications).
- Knowledge of SQL and data management.
