MES Factory Application Manager, Reedsville, PA
The Manufacturing Engineering Systems Factory Application Manager (MES FAM) is the subject matter expert within MES who oversees process routing setup and changes within the MES system.
Your role:
- You will configure custom routings within the SAP ME system for each product. These changes can be related to new product introduction and changes to existing products.
- You will be the lead member of the MES team on that shift.
- You will serve as the subject matter expert in MES and supports issue escalation from the MES technician.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in a production manufacturing environment.
- Your skills include proficiency in a Manufacturing Execution System from a user perspective and at least an advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Windchill, SQL, SAP-ERP, or Python is a plus.
- You have a minimum of a High School diploma; a 2-year technical degree is a plus.
- You must meet the following minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You’re an excellent fit if you are a self-driven individual who can prioritize multiple projects with minimal supervision. You have good interpersonal skills and have a passion to drive improvements.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Reedsville, PA is $25.00 to $43.00 hourly.
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
