Our client located in the Northern Suburbs is looking for a Marketing Project Specialist to join their team in a fulltime capacity!
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who is comfortable in a fast paced environment with the ability to come on site 1-3 days a week in Lincolnshire.
The Marketing Project Specialist must have:
- 2+ years of experience managing marketing projects ideally in an agency setting. This should include; timeline, budget, scope etc.)
- Experience managing multiple projects at once, this role could be 15-20 different projects in a week
- Experience working in an agile/scrum environment
- Strong communication skills, working cross-functionally with various departments (marketing, content, email, design, etc.)
The Marketing Project Specialist will be responsible for:
- Planning, executing and providing support for various marketing projects
- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans and deliverables, identifying resource needs, creating project schedules, updating status documents and ensuring the team is hitting key milestones
- Attend internal and external status meetings, preparing agendas, capturing and distributing meeting notes
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
