Full Job Description
Our client in healthcare educational space is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join their team.
What you will be doing as a Marketing Operations Manager:
-Oversee marketing operations, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and goals
-Develop and implement streamlined marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across campaigns and projects
-Maintain and enhance marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and compliance with regulations
-Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Meta
-Manage marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other technologies to optimize marketing efforts. These include Hubspot, Teachable (LMS), GotoWebinar, Zapier.
-Collaborate with the marketing director to execute campaigns, monitor results, and adjust strategies as needed based on analytical finding
-Monitor and report on budget expenditures for marketing programs and initiatives
Qualifications as a Marketing Operations Manager:
-Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred
-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in an education or e-learning environment
-Strong understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Previous experience with Hubspot required.
-Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel)
-Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
-Self-starter with previous remote work experience
-Analytical growth mindset with a focus on performance metrics and continuous improvement
Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees can enroll in the companys 401k plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan. Employees will also receive eight hours of vacation leave every month and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and will be able to purchase company stock, are eligible for annual bonuses, and can participate in profit sharing.
