Job Summary
Feng Cha is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Franchise Marketing Director to support the company's growth goals through strategic and creative marketing initiatives to help us reach new heights. In this role, you will spearhead all marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and sales for our fast-growing franchise in the handcrafted beverage industry. This role involves strategic planning, digital marketing, market research, campaign management, creating engaging materials, manage multi-channel campaigns, and support our mission and values. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, creative leader who can operate in a fast-paced environment, directly impacting our growth and brand positioning.

Essential Functions
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the brand's visibility and market share.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and collateral, ensuring all content aligns with the brand's voice and standards.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Foster relationships with the franchisees while building strong brand understanding, developing excellent partnerships, coordinating efficient and relevant product approvals and ensuring two-way communication with the franchisees.
- Oversee photography and videography needs to include food, events, staff, etc., when needed for marketing content.
- Understand the local events, catering, and corporate foodservice markets and effectively target guests and demonstrate awareness of competitors activities and address tactical plans/promotions.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing solutions.
- Perform other job-related tasks, as assigned.

Travel Requirements
- Occasional travel may be required, estimated at 15-20% of the time, primarily for market research, franchise visits, and industry conferences.
Licenses/Certifications
- Google Analytics certification preferred.
- HubSpot or similar digital marketing certification is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Work Experience
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in franchising, highly preferred.
