Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator at Core Spaces will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand presence and fostering a vibrant community experience. This individual will lead all property-specific marketing efforts, from crafting engaging social media content to executing community outreach initiatives and planning resident events. They will ensure cohesive branding and targeted strategies to meet occupancy and retention goals.
What You Will Do
Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage social media content calendars for property(s), ensuring alignment with the Core Spaces brand voice.
- Create, schedule, and monitor posts on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster online communities.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaign performance.
Outreach Marketing:
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and universities to enhance property visibility.
- Coordinate outreach events such as campus tabling, pop-ups, and sponsorships.
- Develop creative strategies for grassroots marketing, including flyer distribution, cross-promotions, and partnerships with influencers.
Event Planning:
- Plan and execute a variety of on-site and off-site events, from grand openings to resident appreciation days.
- Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics.
- Ensure alignment with brand standards and provide a memorable experience for attendees.
Content Creation and Brand Management:
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams and designers to create digital and print collateral.
- Oversee the production of property-specific photo and video content to highlight amenities and community life.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track the success of marketing initiatives, reporting on key metrics such as social engagement, event attendance, and leasing performance.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Other
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

- Occasional travel may be necessary as needed.
Ideally, you'll have
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, event planning, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and community outreach programs.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
You'll crush it if you have experience with
- Experience in the student housing industry.
- Familiarity with property management or real estate marketing.
- Proficient in Entrata software.
