What You'll Get To Do:
• Coordinate all facility maintenance activities to ensure supervision of multiple vendors (i.e., plumbers, electricians, etc.)
• Manage the maintenance activities for buildings, infrastructure, plant equipment, and systems necessary to support successful facility operations.
• Coordinate with leadership, personnel, outside agencies, and programs to ensure successful execution of site activities and operations.
• Assist Sr. Facilities Manager in setting priorities, performing forecasting, and allocation of the resources needed to complete all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Assist with planning and managing building modifications including major capital Leasehold Improvement (LHI) projects.
• Ensure compliance with approved standards and policies relating to office space and furnishings.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
You'll Bring These Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Associates degree and 5 years of related experience, or in lieu of degree, an additional 4 years of related experience
• At least 1 year of experience leading projects or cross-functional teams
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as L2L, ServiceNow and or Maximo.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher awarded or reviewed in the last 6 years.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have
Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated program management experience with facilities and maintenance projects
• Have the ability to read and interpret building drawings and blueprints
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, outside contractors, and project teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• Have working knowledge of building systems, HVAC, Electrical, Life Safety, plumbing, etc.
Salary Range: $84,300 - $126,500
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
