Creates an environment of patient safety and compliance according to the standards established by governing body requirements. Maintains oversight for quality control for equipment. Performing basic clerical duties such as patient registration and/or appointment scheduling may be required at some locations. Participates in site and shift rotations, as necessary.Job DutiesPerforms quality mammographic images utilizing ACR positioning guidelines along with evaluating technical quality of images. Makes necessary adjustments in positioning and/or technical factors to optimize images for all breast imaging studies.Confirms patient identification, reviews imaging requests and confirms study with patient.
