In this role, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional service and ownership to customer inquiries
  • Assist and educate customers on product and service products
  • Provide understanding of fundamental and technical objectives affecting the market to support customer needs
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
  • Identify internal business partner referrals and business development opportunities
  • Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Trading Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 63 or 7 and 66 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration


Desired Qualifications:

  • Trading experience
  • Exposure to Wells Fargo Trading Systems such as Smart Station & BETA
  • Experience coaching & leading a team
  • Knowledge and understanding of brokerage products and services
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule, 3 days in, 2 days remote
