Lead Project Management Specialist is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project-related activities and resources.

As a Lead Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning and managing a portfolio of projects with accountability for on time delivery, revenue, profitability, and accounts receivable.
  • Managing a global cross-functional project team in the successful execution of your project portfolio.
  • Leading project kick-off meetings, project reviews, and project closeouts.
  • Advocating and voice of customer throughout the project execution lifecycle.
  • Contributing to discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in project management tools, processes, procedures, and ways of working.
  • Presenting to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical spaces and on cross-functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to the overall strategy.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree
  • Have 6+ years in the Industrial Equipment industry as Project Manager.
  • Have relief valve or control valve expertise.
  • Have a PMP Certification.
  • Having prior EPC experience is a plus.
