Lead IT Architect for Honeywell International, Inc. (Phoenix, AZ)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*SAP application development, maintenance, and Functional testing.
*Partner with project delivery teams to ensure adherence to common process and definition of new processes.
*Collaborate with cross functional teams in fixing operational /support issues.
*Own solution design, integrations, and configurations.
*Conduct incident management & root cause analysis, working closely with IT teams to resolve technical issues and improve system reliability.
*Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify and resolve potential problems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal user experience.
*Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's* degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 8 years of experience in IT. Full term of experience must include: proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and tools, such as ServiceNow & JIRA; and in-depth knowledge in Project Management. Must have 5 years of experience in the following: team leading and managing large/complex deployments; experience interacting with customers and business users to understand requirements; involvement in requirement gathering process and converting them into User Stories; Participation and Coordination with Development teams to ensure the correct creation and deployment of User Stories on PROD environment; experience scheduling, planning, and controlling the software's development and delivery process; experience handling the DevOps team to make them deliver the services on time; experience ensuring that Changes and Releases in PROD environment follow the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) guidelines; Creation and Management of CCB (Change Control Board) and RAB (Release Advisory Board); experience managing both IT operations and developers; experience managing contract IT personnel, Change management ticket and Service Now; Support of applications (High & Critical Issues); experience with Incident and Problem Management in PROD environment with ITIL guidelines; experience creating process for day-to-day monitoring of Server, Application and Database. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week. *Employer will accept 2 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
