Mission Statement:

Major Duties:
GS-11
- Serves as a technical liaison responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team and ensuring that the backlog of work is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs
- Contribute to the Product Vision and Roadmap
- Manages and prioritizes the product backlog, in coordination with team Product Owners and the Product Manager for unit/section level priorities
GS-12 In addition to the above:
- Supports DATU 3 application development teams
- Connects and gathers feedback with End Users/Customers
- Defines technical skills and resource needs to meet the product requirements
Qualifications and Evaluations

Specialized Experience (SE):
GS-11: Applicant must possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level. SE is defined as follows:
- Performed basic technical work as part of an Agile team
- Evaluate and recommend ways to improve effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in a software development team.
- Work on cross functional technical teams to complete IT projects.
GS-12: Applicant must possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level. SE is defined as follows:
- Worked as a core member of an Agile team.
- Evaluate and recommend ways to solve complex software development issues.
- Lead IT projects that have clearly defined scope with little oversight.
