Are you interested in an Internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) and/or graduate (MS) degree to participate in 3-month paid intern opportunities at our site in Nashville. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.
Your role:
- Be part of the GBS Financial Operations team to support the North American financial processes. In this role, you will be a part of the Global Business Services Financial Operations (Fin Ops) organization, collaborating with team members and other stakeholders in the business to ensure successful execution of the credit and collection processes for NA customers. The duration of assignments can vary, and work should be completed with minimal supervision.
- Assisting with evaluating customers’ credit worthiness and/or collections. Prepare analysis on accounts receivables, past dues and disputes
- Analyzing documents and data; determining appropriate action to take
- Work with cross-functional team members in Finance & Accounting to resolve issues and improve efficiency
- Assist with audit compliance and controls. Utilize excel, PPT, or word in daily tasks
You're the right fit if:
- Enrolled in an accredited university pursing a bachelor’s degree in a related field (F&A, Economics or Business Administration) Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Intermediate to advanced level competency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of data integrity
- Ability to deliver high quality customer service in a professional and efficient manner
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
