Description
Perform calibrations and service technical process control equipment/systems to prescribed specifications, and maintain these equipment/systems in a continuous state of operations for the purposes of research, manufacturing, storing of pharmaceutical products, and facility operations. - Perform calibrations & PMs for critical and non-critical instruments & control systems. Troubleshoot, service, maintain, and/or repair instrumentation & control systems.
- Troubleshoot, service, maintain, and/or repair electronic systems & devices from the various lab areas.
- Assist with problem solving activities and provide recommendations when asked.
- Operate the current Computerized Maintenance Management System and Calibration Management System for work order processing.
- Document all calibration activities per company procedures and FDA/EU regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Two-year technical degree from an accredited institution required and five to seven (5-7) years experience in calibration, troubleshooting, maintaining, service and/or repair of pneumatic, electric/electronic control systems, automation systems, PLCs, HVAC or process control systems.
- In lieu of a technical degree, eight to ten (8-10) years relevant experience will be considered.
- Experience in calibration, troubleshooting, maintaining, service and/or repair of pneumatic, electric/electronic control systems, automation systems, PLCs, HVAC and/or process control systems.
- Knowledge of regulations and relevant SOPs required.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Compensation Data: This position offers a base salary typically between $64,000 and $105,000 annually. The position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance based bonus and or other compensation elements.
