Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $16.66
The current full hourly range for this position is $16.66 - $19.42
Be a part of our amazing aquatics family teaching students to perform safely in the water, helping them have a fun experience and enjoy swimming! Join the team at one or more of our swimming pools. We have year-round opportunities at our 4 indoor pools located in Eastside, Peoples and Norpoint community centers, and Mt. Tahoma High School. In this position you will plan and operate each daily lesson/class effectively, understand the proper teaching progression used in Parks Tacoma’s programs, follow the guidelines discussed within Parks Tacoma’s Instructor courses and trainings and the concepts behind them, and focus on teaching to the advancement goals in Parks Tacoma’s programs.
