SUMMARY
As the HRBP Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders within the Renewal by Andersen Division (RbA), and provide professional HR advice, guidance, and support to relevant internal business groups with the objective of adding value across current and future business to enable business outcomes.
The HRBP Manager will also own planning and prioritization in support of the RbA VP Human Resources so strong organizational and project foundations are a must.
This leader must enjoy a multi-faceted fast paced business while also having the ability to know when to slow themselves and others down to think both strategically and critically to move swiftly.
This is a hybrid role requiring you to work some days on site and other days from other locations. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for influencing leaders and partners across a matrixed organization while also serving as a close business partner to leaders and on all human resources matters, including providing counsel and support on talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention, diversity, employee relations, performance management, team building, coaching and development, succession planning, compensation, legal and regulatory compliance and site safety, security, and crisis management. and providing HR advice, counsel, and decision support to address challenges and enhance team effectiveness.
- Coaches and develop leaders and employees. Is a change agent and leader who applies change management framework and change leadership lens to all situations.
- Builds thoughtful and strategic people plans in support of cross-functional programs, projects, pilots, with the intent to positively impact employee engagement and our culture.
- Is a steward of the enterprise who identifies and collaborates with appropriate partners across the enterprise to find efficiencies. This includes but is not limited to process, policy, and training improvements in partnership with HR COEs and simplifying HR programs across complex business units.
YOUR TEAM
The HRBP Manager will lead a team of HR business partners supporting our Renewal by Andersen Marketing, Retail Operations, and Digital Technology team. They will also partner with and influence our Affiliate Owned (ARO) partners.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years of experience leading others.
- 3+ years of experience building and sustaining relationships across all levels of the organization from front line employees to officers.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of excellent interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills with the ability and passion to engage with others authentically, establish trust, build long-lasting relationships - influence at all levels.
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or similar discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to provide strategic counsel and innovative problem solving to leadership. Can share "what is" and "what's possible".
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills (e.g., verbal, written, through PowerPoint) with the ability to have courageous conversations that change outcomes of performance or behaviors.
- Ability to seamlessly move from strategy to execution.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
