Wages increase with experience. Shift differentials >$2.15/hr!

We work in a hospital, so you must be comfortable communicating with patients, nurses and guests. You may be required to enter patient care areas. PPE and safety materials are provided.

These positions require you to be on your feet and regularly push/pull/bend/stoop/lift with weights >40lbs.

The EVS/Housekeeping Supervisor will have daily responsibility over EVS/Housekeeping Attendants and Floor Techs. The Supervisor will be responsible for administrative tasks in the department and will ensure compliance with Company standards. The Supervisor will be expected to perform daily tasks as needed to cover shortages and callouts, including room, office, and common area cleans. The Supervisor will be the point of contact for the shift and will report directly to the General Manager. Computer skills, customer service and the ability to manage diverse personalities are necessary. Shifts for this position are 3pm-11:30pm and will include holidays and weekends. Shift differentials and holiday premiums will apply where applicable.

Cooks will be primarily responsible for preparing patient meals during meal periods or executing hospital cafeteria and catering production. Some cooks may be responsible for preparing pre-packaged items and/or cold food like pasta salads and salad toppings. Hospital production occurs 7-days per week, 365-days per year at high volume and a fast pace. Shifts for this position are variable days and times and will include holidays and weekends. Typical shifts are 5:30am-2pm or 10:30am-7pm. Organizational skills, customer service, and time management are necessary. Cooks will need healthy stress management techniques and the ability to work well with a variety of personalities under pressure. Cooks will need the ability to read, interpret and manipulate recipes for all stages of preparation. Shift differentials and holiday premiums will apply where applicable.

Food Service Workers will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the Sodexo Food Service department. These tasks could include stocking, culinary prep, cooking, serving, dishwashing, sanitation, room service delivery, etc. Typical shifts for this position are M-F 11am-7:30pm and may include holidays and weekends as needed. The Food Service Worker will interact heavily with patients and staff. Customer service, stress management and reliability will be necessary. Shift differentials and holiday premiums will apply where applicable.

EVS Attendants will have responsibility over a daily duty assignment list, which may vary. The EVS Attendant will be expected to perform cleaning/sanitation tasks in areas like patient rooms, bathrooms, offices, hallways and lobbies. Tasks are similar to wiping surfaces, sweeping/mopping, vacuuming, stocking, cleaning hospital beds and equipment and removing garbage. Before hire, the EVS Attendant will be tested for respiratory PPE to be worn when needed and will need their face to be clean shaven for this test. Shifts for this position are variable days to include holidays and weekends. Schedules are typically 11am-7:30pm or 3pm-11:30pm. Shift differentials and holiday premiums will apply where applicable.

Floor Techs will have responsibility over a daily duty assignment list and may support project work like rug extractions or floor waxing. The Floor Tech will be expected to operate floor buffing and carpet extracting equipment, both ridden and walk-behind. Some experience is preferred. Other duties may include cleaning/sanitizing patient rooms, bathrooms, hallways, lobbies and offices, wiping surfaces, sweeping/mopping, vacuuming, stocking, cleaning hospital beds and equipment and removing garbage. Shifts for this position are 4pm-12am and will include weekends and holidays. Shift differentials and holiday premiums will apply where applicable.
