Our large retail client based in Tyler, TX is looking for a FULL-TIME Graphic Designer to join their growing creative team starting in November 2024.
This role is 100% ONSITE with relocation assistance as needed.
In this exciting role, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for a wide variety of retail marketing pieces, from concept to completion, including print and digital advertising, collateral, and in-store displays, signage and more. The Graphic Designer will have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams including marketing, eCommerce, buying, etc. to achieve campaign goals.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
- Create and execute print materials, including signage, magazines, billboards, newspaper, and other marketing/corporate collateral
- Create and execute digital materials, including email, website, banner ads, stadium displays, video boards
- Design promotional items, logos, product collateral and other specialty items as requested
- Produce and export print-ready store signage files
- Proof ads against spreadsheets ensuring correct content and brand aesthetics
- Transform ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns into creative
- Place orders with print vendors
- Maintain and adhere to brand guidelines and standards to drive brand consistency
- Collaborate with Web, Merchandising, Print, and Retail Design departments
- Manage multiple timelines and changes in project scope while still meeting deadlines
- Communicate updates and changes to teams as needed
- Other special projects as needed
Graphic Designer Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related degree
- 1+ years experience, preferably with retail experience
- Portfolio showcasing relevant samples of print and digital work
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, Illustrator, Bridge)
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Photo editing/composition skills
- Strong typography skills and knowledge of web layout/design is a plus!
- Ability to be onsite in Tyler, TX 5 days a week
