We are seeking a strategic leader to head Engineering, Development, and Operations (EDO) Division of GenAI. As the Division Leader, you will oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge GenAl platforms, applications and solutions. Your leadership will ensure that EDO continues to be the backbone of our technology infrastructure, driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence in every initiative.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Direction: Design and implement the EDO Division's long-term roadmap of technology architecture, engineering, development and operations. Ensure alignment with the organization's overall data, Al/ML and analytics strategies.
2. Technical Leadership: Provide expert technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to AEDO team members, fostering knowledge-sharing and professional development. .
3. Architectural Excellence: Oversee the design of scalable, secure, and resilient GenAl platforms, & applications. Prioritize modularity, self-service capabilities, and flexibility to support evolving needs.
4. Reusable Components: Champion the development and maintenance of reusable elements (APls, repositories) to drive efficiency, consistency, and faster time-to-market.
5. Process Optimization: Implement and continuously improve Cl/CD pipelines, automation tools, and Agile development methodologies to maximize delivery speed and quality.
6. Solution Execution: Lead and collaborate with teams on the end-to-end delivery of Al/ML solutions, ensuring they adhere to quality, performance. and security standards.
7. Technology Evaluation: Stay at the forefront of emerging trends in Al/ML, data engineering, and cloud technologies, assessing their potential value to the organization.
8. Partnership and Collaboration: Build strong relationships across the organization, working effectively with data scientists, business stakeholders, and other teams to deliver impactful solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, including 5+ years in a leadership role or managing technical teams.
3. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Al/ML frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS or GCP or Azure), Cl/CD tools, data engineering principles, and modern security practices.
4. Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, develop, and lead high-performing technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
5. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts to a range of audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree preferred.
2. AWS or any other cloud provider certifications
3. Experience in the Financial Services domain
