JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Supply Chain Finance, Systems and Processes team, you will serve as a technical resource whose role is to collaborate, understand, and improve business processes leveraging technology solutions throughout Supply Chain Finance.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Participate in solution delivery through disciplined use of project management phases: requirements gathering, prioritization, understanding processes and data, tool selection, solution design, solution building, validation, documentation, deployment, and stabilization.
- Partner with Supply Chain Finance (SCF) business partners to understand forecasting and analysis requirements, opportunities, and existing systems and processes.
- Support existing processes and automations, including defect analysis and resolution.
- Design and develop process improvements and reports using tools like Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
- Partner with other areas of the organization including IT and Global Business Services for solution development, where needed.
- Communicate development updates with management team and business partners.
- Document solution information for ongoing support reference.
- Stay up to date on process improvement tools and solutions, including automation, through LinkedIn Learning modules and collaboration with IT.
- Explore where generative AI tools like Microsoft Copilot can be leveraged for process improvement.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years related data analytics experience.
- Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query.
- Experience using SAP applications (e.g. R3, S4, BPC) a plus.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
