Financial Data Analyst
Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Finance Data Analyst for our Columbus, Ohio location.

Responsibilities
- Support and contribute to finance and accounting analytics projects and processes.
- Perform data import/export/manipulation/analyzation from various databases and sources.
- Maintain documentation regarding projects, processes, and operations for finance and accounting.
- Supports company growth objectives through effective data management and communication skills.
- Performing ad-hoc reporting requests and requirements gathering from the Finance team.
- Establish data checks/balances for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify data anomalies and work with Finance/IT to resolve them.
- Support the Finance department on data clean up and standardization.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Science.
- Some combination of 2-3 years of experience in the Accounting and Data fields.
- Experience in the Financial and Accounting field.
- Experience developing reporting processes.
- Working knowledge of Power BI and Excel. Experience with Alteryx is a plus.
