JOB TITLE: File Clerk
JOB LOCATION: Trenton NJ
WAGE RANGE*: $20hr to $21hr

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Organizes and files applications and documents.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Min one year experience is required
Required to stand, bend and climb a ladder for extended periods of time.
Uses alphabetical and numerical systems to organize paper documents.
Shifting of folders as required to make space.
Able to work independently as well as with a team.
Organizes and files applications and documents.
Creates new folders to be filed.
Secures and protects the privacy of documents.
Discards documents when required in accordance with official procedures.
Checks and corrects documentation and placement of previously filed documents.
Retrieves files as requested:
Strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
