Position Responsibilities:

Develops and facilitates maintenance support, mentorship, training, and guidance to service technicians and collaborate with the North America Operating Unit on training curriculum to diagnose performance gaps
Serve as the technical expert on all Cold Drink Equipment by conducting ride-a-longs with technicians to gain insight into trends with technical issues
Collaborate with talent acquisition to develop relationships with third parties to build a pipeline for future talent
Liaise with senior business leaders to understand and impact various performance metrics related to service technician performance
Employ effective coaching methodologies to analyze and diagnose performance gaps and prescribe a learning plan to address defined gaps
Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or Electrical/Vocational certification with 4 plus years of related experience
