We are looking for a Facilities Administrative Assistant to join our team! They will be responsible for coordinating, overseeing and supervising processes, procedures, inventory, and accounting for the Engineering department.
Position Overview:
· Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring an adequate stock of re-sale inventory as well as general operating supplies.
· Learn and understand the Company procurement system (Birchstreet)
· Learn and understand the Billing Structure
· Learn and understand the Work order Management System (Asgard)
· Learn and understand some aspects of the SMS system
· Create and maintain monthly work orders for routine maintenance tasks
· Maintain and update building equipment list, and maintenance history, including supplementary materials such as service and parts manuals
· Maintains and updates the PM module within the work order management system
· Assist the Director of Facilities with administrative duties as needed

Qualifications
· Must have very good computer skills especially in Excel and Outlook
· Have a working knowledge of building systems and equipment.
· Ability to schedule and coordinate with 3rd party vendors.
