What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to:

  • Analyze data, create data visualization and prepare material for leadership and board presentations

  • Oversee the Speak Up Process, including managing the case management tool and procedure, and the ethics inbox, as well as regular liaison with the investigations team

  • Oversee the reporting process for conflicts of interest, gift reporting and other related compliance inquiries

  • Identify and track metrics and monitoring activities around case management, conflicts of interest and gift reporting

  • Identify ways to continuously improve current processes, identify best practices

  • Build strategic partnership with other functions playing a role in case discipline and remediation, including Legal, Human Resources, Integrated Supply Chain and Finance

  • Build and provide training to stakeholders around investigations and case management

  • Oversee the Global Ethics Champions Program

  • Lead and /or support ad-hoc project work as needed (incl. Compliance Week)

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, legal or compliance, or equivalent

  • 5+ years of related ethics and compliance experience and a track record of process improvement implementation(s)

  • Strong data analytics capabilities, experience in digital tools such as Tableau or other data visualization / analytics tools

  • Previous experience with case management systems

  • Ability to independently problem solve, analyze and assess complex issues, including report production, conducting trend and risk analysis

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Strong attention to details

  • Possess a high energy level with a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic and changing environment that strives to exceed expectations

  • High degree of discretion and judgment; absolute confidentiality and integrity

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues from all levels of the organization
