Responsible for how users within the company are given an identity - and how it is protected, including saving critical applications, data and systems from unauthorized access while managing the identities and access rights of people both inside and outside the organization. Responsible for contributing towards the Define, Build, Implement and Maintain processes to secure the organizations resources. These resources includes user identities, physical assets as well as the wide range of business applications that users use every day to access intellectual property or confidential information. Exercises solid knowledge of engineering skills and methodology with a working knowledge of applicable cyber security compliance standards. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise. Core Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to design and troubleshooting sessions with Cybersecurity Operations and Application Development teams.
- Coordinate solution deployments with stakeholders.
- Review business requirement to aide in the creation of functional design and release documentation.
- Work with Cybersecurity Operations and Risk teams to ensure solutions comply with the organization's standards and policies.
- Implement and maintain security solutions supporting the Identity and Access Management program.
- Build and maintain operation and configuration documentation, and diagrams.
- Conduct proactive analysis to determine if systems are performing optimally.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
- Work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Secrets Management - HashiCorp Vault product. Provide technical leadership and direction for infrastructure.
- Expert in HasiCorp Products (Vault/Ansible/Terraform) and AWS for designing and architecting platform solutions to handle future growth as well as implement new functionalities.
- Experience in installation/configuration and administration of HashiCorp Vault..
- Supervisory/metric tools knowledge (tools: Grafana, Fluentd, ELK)
- Responsible for setting infrastructure monitoring, logging & alerting systems
- Drive architectural initiatives that align our business needs and technical capabilities for Identity Management and Access Governance solutions.
- Design and implementation of least privilege or zero trust technologies
- Develop innovative approaches/solutions to complex design problems while meeting aggressive deadlines with attention to detail.
- Follows security policies and procedures, continuously identifies, and recommends opportunities for improving security.
- Troubleshooting issues and assisting to mitigate issues, including root cause analysis
- Working in onshore / offshore model for solution delivery, operational supportand shift handovers
Previous Comcast experience with an IAM team/proprietary services required.
