ECommerce Copywriter
This role is 100% onsite 5 days per week in Brookhaven. This is not negotiable.
Position Overview
The ECommerce Copywriter will create engaging and persuasive content for our online retail platform, aimed at driving sales and enhancing the customer experience. This role will focus on crafting product descriptions, promotional copy, and marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Write compelling product descriptions that highlight features and benefits to drive conversions.
- Create engaging marketing copy for email campaigns, social media, and website landing pages.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
- Optimize copy for SEO to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand voice.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably in an eCommerce or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices and consumer behavior.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
