Location: Remote! But IDEALLY someone local enough to be on site in Newton the first 2 weeks hybrid for onboarding.
Duration: 6 weeks+
Hours per week: 40
Rate Range: $40-$48 per hour

Position Overview
Our retail client is looking for an E-Commerce Content Manager to join their team - starting next week! The Ecommerce Content Manager is responsible for developing and executing content strategies that drive online sales and enhance the customer experience. This role involves managing promotional marketing campaigns, optimizing email and SMS communications, and working closely within their eComm presence to ensure accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Executing all product catalog setup and online content activities to support monthly new arrivals, promotions, etc 
• Creating and testing promotions, site enhancements, and site functionality. Frequently QA site for irregularities and work with team to resolve
• Managing Email and SMS programs (set up, deploy, and analyze sends) and database changes (such as adding new Store customers monthly)
• Maintaining Content Marketing calendar and promotional creative briefs
• Assisting in updating weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports related to product and site performance using various platforms, such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Klaviyo

The ideal Ecommerce Content Manager will have:

• 3+ years of relevant Ecommerce experience, ideally with Salesforce, Klaviyo, and Attentive
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams (Merchandising, Creative, Marketing, etc.)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Excel) and Google Analytics (GA4)
