Position Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Architect to join our technology team.

Salt Lake City, UT

Anaheim, CA

Atlanta, GA

Poca, WV

Saint Louis, MO


The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our Dynamics 365 ERP solutions to meet the evolving needs of our business. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analysis and design skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. This role will also own the ongoing technical management and maintenance of the Dynamics 365 platform. This role requires occasional travel (10-20%) to our various sites.


Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Lead the architectural design and development of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to technology teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Customization & Configuration: Develop and implement customizations and configurations to enhance Dynamics 365 functionalities.
  • Integration: Design and implement integrations with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Vendor Management: Work closely with key vendors and service providers to ensure that level of service commitments are met and that vendors are providing services that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure solutions adhere to security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the Dynamics 365 ERP system.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Technical Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on solution design and implementation.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 applications, including CRM and ERP modules. Proficiency in Power Platform, Azure, and related technologies.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, are highly desirable.

Work Environment

  • Office environment- sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional site visits in industrial environment- light walking, lifting, crouching maybe involved.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

  • This is a full-time, non-exempt position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
