As a HYBRID role, associates are required to travel into the offices on occasion. PURPOSE: SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Salary Range: $137,840 - $255,866 (salaries are based on education, experience & internal equity). The Director, Product is responsible for leading a dedicated product discipline and operations. Supports the continuous evaluation of our portfolio performance and the operations necessary to launch, modify and sunset offerings in the portfolio. Drives the product team capabilities by developing, implementing and/or continuously improving processes. Responsible for developing, planning and carrying out departmental projects, goals and budgets.
