Digital Retoucher

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Digital Retoucher to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for enhancing images to perfection. This role involves working closely with photographers and designers to ensure that the final images are visually stunning and meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and retouch photographs using Adobe Photoshop to meet project specifications.
• Utilize generative AI tools to create innovative effects and enhancements.
• Perform pathing and apply blending modes to achieve desired visual effects.
• Use alpha masks to refine image selections and adjustments effectively.
• Conduct color correction and apply color theory principles to improve image quality.
• Edit and adjust images for color matching and photo composition.
• Manage files efficiently on file servers and ensure proper organization of assets.
• Contribute to web-based data management practices for image storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with photographers and designers to ensure alignment on project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other image editing software.
• Strong experience in retouching and enhancing images professionally.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and techniques for image manipulation.
• Knowledge of pathing, blending modes, and alpha masks.
• Solid understanding of color correction, color theory, and photo composition.
• Experience with color matching and maintaining visual consistency in images.
• Ability to work with Wacom Tablets for precise editing and retouching.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with file servers and web-based data management.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
