Our healthcare client is looking for a Digital Asset Manager to support their team for 6 months, 40 hours/week, onsite in Alameda, CA with 1 WFH day. Potential to extend based on budget and performance.
Position Overview
The Digital Asset Manager will oversee the organization, storage, and distribution of digital assets within the company. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of their digital library and ensuring that all assets are easily accessible to relevant stakeholders, while also streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the digital asset library using Bynder and Veeva Systems.
- Ensure all digital assets are accurately tagged and categorized for easy retrieval.
- Develop and implement processes for asset storage, sharing, and archiving.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and other departments to understand their digital asset needs.
- Monitor and analyze the usage of digital assets to inform future strategies.
- Maintain quality control of digital assets to ensure consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Asset Manager or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Bynder and Veeva Systems.
- Experience in developing and implementing asset management processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
