The PM Culinary Supervisor will be responsible for producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' needs in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have basic skills in department training and will be capable of assuming department responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef. Skills and knowledge include but are not limited to:
- Culinary education
- Basic cost control understanding
- Basic communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Basic computer skills
- May assist in monitoring payroll costs & overtime
- Supervising of hourly cooks
Qualifications
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays (typical shift times can range between 8am-4pm and 4pm-midnight)
- Minimum 5 years of culinary experience
- High Volume/Full-Service Hotel Restaurant experience strongly preferred
- Intermediate experience with basic cooking techniques required (i.e. knife skills)
