Creative Director
Position Overview
Our agency client is looking to hire a full-time Creative Director to help lead and inspire the creative team to develop innovative concepts and oversee the execution of high-quality video production and editing. This role is essential for driving the brand's vision through compelling creative campaigns that engage our audience across various platforms.
This is a hybrid position, onsite in Philadelphia, Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will join a small, creative team where you will oversee and manage about 3-5 others.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative team in brainstorming and developing innovative concepts for video content and campaigns.
- Oversee the video production process from concept to final edit, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to create integrated campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Provide guidance and feedback to video editors and production staff to enhance the overall quality of the content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into creative strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative role.
- Strong skills in Creative Direction, video production, and video editing.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for video editing and production.
- Experience in developing and executing creative campaigns across various media platforms.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Experience working in or with Spirits would be ideal and preferred
