Compassionate Substance Use Counseling Supervisor Needed!Are you an experienced, licensed mental health professional passionate about guiding others in the field of substance use treatment? BAART Programs, part of BayMark Health Services, is looking for a dedicated Substance Use Counseling Supervisor to join our team and help drive our mission of compassionate, quality care.Your Role:As a Counseling Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of counselors and counselor interns, ensuring that they provide the highest standard of care for patients battling opioid use disorder. You will oversee case management, help counselors meet the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of their patients, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. You will also manage expenditures responsibly, helping to maintain the efficiency and sustainability of our services.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor counselors and counselor interns, ensuring they deliver high-quality care and adhere to all laws, regulations, and BayMarks policies.
- Ensure timely documentation of patient services according to individualized plans of care.
- Identify patients' comprehensive needs, including physical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and funding expectations.
- Manage related expenditures responsibly, adhering to the companys budget.
- Travel as necessary to oversee and support multiple locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
- Must be a Licensed Mental Health Professional with at least 2 years of experience, or hold CCS Certification.
- Proven ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans and maintain accurate patient charts.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals is a plus.
